Here's the crux of it for me and what I have to step up and own: "If you have something to offer that will help the world it is incumbent upon you to speak up about it! We can all use something good in our lives." You pegged it. I feel like if I can really, really "get" this -- internalize it -- I will make a difference and be successful.
